Directions:

At least once a week: Shampoo, rinse and pour Swimmers Wellness Remedy crystals across wet palm. Rub hands together, adding water (1 oz.) to dissolve crystals. Apply and massage throughout hair. Allow to remain on hair for 2-5 minutes. Rinse. Follow with Malibu C Swimmers Shampoo and Conditioner. For damaged hair, Malibu C Miracle Repair is recommended.
